By using Motus Directory at https://motusdirectory.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Motus Directory is a private commercial directory and education service. It is not an FMCSA system and is not affiliated with USDOT or motus.dot.gov.

Service description

We provide search, browse, company profile pages, and Motus / FMCSA literacy guides based on publicly available data and our editorial content. Features may change. Soft-fail behavior may hide or limit database-backed sections during outages rather than show incorrect filings.

No government services

We do not issue USDOT numbers, grant authority, accept Motus credentials, or replace SAFER, Licensing & Insurance, or Motus. Always corroborate critical decisions on official government systems. Links to motus.dot.gov are provided for convenience with appropriate disclosure.

Acceptable use

• No scraping that degrades service, bypasses rate limits, or republishes bulk census dumps in violation of law.
• No attempts to phish Motus / Login.gov credentials via our brand or lookalike pages.
• No malware, spam, or illegal content submissions through contact channels.
• No misrepresentation that Motus Directory is an official FMCSA property.

Intellectual property

Site design, guides, and original copy are owned by Motus Directory / its operators. Public government data remains subject to applicable public-domain or government-data rules. Trademarks of FMCSA, Motus, and third parties remain theirs.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. We are not liable for business decisions, denied authority, insurance outcomes, or broker rejections based on directory use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Advertising & affiliates

Pages may display Google AdSense units (publisher pub-7668356157282857) after approval, and may link to sister network sites (including O Trucking and Motus Website). Those destinations contain real services and content; promotions are not a substitute for independent due diligence.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Motus Directory and its operators from claims arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law.
